CLIENT: PRIVATE DEVELOPER
The project entails the design of external electrical installations which cover the following: power supply to the various buildings, power substation consisting of an enclosure to house the transformers and main LV boards, single and three-phase power supply, earthing, bonding, and surge protection. Street and parking area luminaires complete with fittings and accessories, street and parking area lighting poles, as well as a lighting panel board complete with lighting contactor/controls and photocell.
